Online Purchases of Non-Custom Jewelry Can Be Returned, For Store-Credit Of The Purchase Price. If The Return Is Due To Our Error, We Will Reimburse Return Postage Costs.

We Will Consider Return Requests For Custom Pieces, But Due To Their Personalized Nature, Custom Jewelry Pieces Are Normally Non Returnable.

 

How To Make A Return

 If You Wish To Make A Return, We Ask That A Return Request Is Made Within Seven Working Days Of Receiving The Product And Products Are Returned With The Original Packaging Materials.
